新世纪汉语练习册（第2册）

　　This workbook was compiled as a companion to the textbook New Century Chinese （NCC） Book H .It has been developed with the objectives to （1） provide communicative and interactive exercises; （2） facilitate the learning of characters; （3） aid the understanding of grammatical points; （4） promote cultural awareness; （5） highlight the characteristics of the textbook， and （6） raise students' overall language proficiency level.　Listening comprehension， oral， and written exercises are all included in the workbook to help students develop their proficiency in the four language skills of lisening， speaking， reading and writing. The materials and their purposes have been tested extensively in our fundamental Chinese classes for the past three years. We are gratified that both students and teachers have found this workbook useful and user-friendly.
