从2003年开始，在教育部留学服务中心（CSCSE）全力支持下，我社积极介入英国高等教育文凭项目原版教材的引进工作，在同业竞争中获得独家引进和出版权，于2004年8月与英国苏格兰学历管理委员会（SQA）签署全盘引进其HND教材、教辅、音像制品、电子出版物的总协议。为商科、计算机、旅游酒店管理、物流、工程等五大类近30个专业引进和出版了第一批原版专业教材，引进和出版工作还将继续下去。该项目学生在国内学习3年，成绩合格者可获得英国苏格兰学历管理委员会（SQA）颁发的英国高等教育文凭证书，相当于完成了英国大学前两年的课程。此后，符合条件者还可选择去英国 本土继续攻读学士学位（学时一年）以及硕士学位（第五年）。此系列教材亦可作为各大专院校专业英语的教材、教辅；图书馆馆藏及相关人员自学教程。
