作者简介
约瑟夫·奈(Joseph s.Nye,Jr.)哈佛大学政治学博士,现任哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院院长、政冶学教授,曾任美国国防部助理部长、美国国家情报委员会主席,著有《权力与相互依赖》(1977年、1989年、2001年,合著)、《注定领导》(1990年)、《理解国际冲突》(2000年)、《美国霸权的悖论》(2002年),主编有重大影响的论文集多部,他提出的“软权力”理论风靡全球。
