跨文化交际技巧：Intercultural Communication Skills

　　《跨文化交际技巧》是一本学习跨文化交际的参考书，主要介绍国内外学者关于跨文化交际的理论和技巧的论述。《跨文化交际技巧》由主编和三位教师合作编著，具体分工为：何维湘负责全书的内容安排、跨文化交际引论，第一章：交际与文化，第二章：文化类型和文化定势，第四章：非语言交际，第九章：跨文化交际中常见的问题；Mr John Jamison负责，第三章：语言与跨文化交际、第六章：全球化与交际、第八章：跨文化团队及全书的校阅；Dr.Peter H Antoniou负责，第五章：习俗、礼仪、礼节；Mrs Katherine Whitman负责；第七章：企业文化。第十章：跨文化交际能力由何维湘和Mr John Jamison共同负责。《跨文化交际技巧》可作为大专院校跨文化交际课的教材，也可供大中专学生、留学生、研究生以及外资、合资企业、涉外单位工作人员和需要或希望与不同文化背景的人打交道的人士学习和参考。
