To the Teacher. This book is designed to introduce a student to some of the important ideas of algebraic topology by emphasizing the relations of these ideas with other areas of mathematics. Rather than choosing one point of view of modem topology （homotopy theory，simplicial complexes， singular theory， axiomatic homology， differential topology， etc.）， we concentrate our attention on concrete problems in low dimensions， introducing only as much algebraic machinery as necessary for the problems we meet. This makes it possible to see a.wider variety of important features of the subject than is usual in a beginning text. The book is designed for students of mathematics or science who are not aiming to become practicing algebraic topologists：without， we hope， discouraging budding topologists. We also feel that this approach is in better harmony with the historical development of the subject.本书为英文版。

This book is meant as a text for a first year graduate course in analysis. Any standard course in undergraduate analysis will constitute sufficient preparation for its understanding， for instance， my Undergraduate Analysis. I assume that the reader is acquainted with notions of uniform convergence and the like.　In this third edition， I have reorganized the book by covering integration before functional analysis. Such a rearrangement fits the way courses are taught in all the places I know of. I have added a number of examples and exercises， as well as some material about integration on the real line （e.g. on Dirac sequence approximation and on Fourier analysis）， and some material on functional analysis （e.g. the theory of the Gelfand transform in Chapter XVI）. These upgrade previous exercises to sections in the text.

《药物化学（第3版）》精简了一些关系不大或适用性不强或与其他课有重复的内容，如火焰光度法、一些基础化学分析方法、体内药物分析、药物的熔点与沸点测定等。药物由原214个减至165个。其中增加了新药青蒿素、头孢氨苄、苯唑西林钠等。教材中将新介绍的分析方法及丰富提高的化学方法编入药物各论中有关部分介绍。为加强技能操作训练，《药物化学（第3版）》增加了制剂分析和医院制剂分析内容，尽可能照顾到多种分析方法和代表处方的分析。从适用性和可行性出发，增加了双相中和法、溴量法、排除干扰的片剂含量测定等内容，去掉了火焰光度法、四苯硼钠法、离子交换法等实验。在仪器分析中鉴于仪器不同，操作有差异，且各仪器均附有使用说明，故在教材中，一般不编入仪器的个体使用操作方法。

《药理学》第三版是根据卫生部教材办公室于1994年12月在济南召开的全国中等医学教材会议精神组织编写的新版本，供社区医学、口腔医学、妇幼卫生、药剂及医学影像诊断等五个专业使用。本教材以培养实用型人才为宗旨，以新教学计划和教学大纲为依据，认真贯彻理论联系实际的原则，运用辩证唯物主义和科学发展的观点阐述药理学的基本规律，力争体现教材的思想性、科学性、先进性、启发性和适用性。

中医皮肤性病学是中医学的重要组成部分，有极其丰富的内容，几千年来积累了很多宝贵的临床经验，尤其是近十多年来有了很大发展，全国各地县级以上的中医院都先后设置了中医皮肤性病专科。一些疑难疾病，如湿疹、银屑病、白癜风、脱发等，用中医中药或中西医结合的方法治疗，都取得了明显的效果，就临床疗效而言，有的接近或超过世界先进水平。由于中医皮肤性病科专业人员日渐增多，为了不断提高辨证施治水平和解决临床工作者查考资料的需要，我们邀请兄弟医院的同道，编写了这本《现代中医皮肤性病学》，全书分基础篇、皮肤病篇、性传播性疾病篇、进展篇四部分。基础篇介绍了与临床有密切联系的中医基础理论，如病因、诊断、辨证、治疗、预防护理等；皮肤病和性传播性疾病篇介绍了300多种常见病的概况、病因病机、临床证候、鉴别诊断、辨证施治、单方验方、外治和预防护理；进展篇重点介绍了近年来中医中药治疗一些疑难疾病的进展情况，如红斑狼疮、硬皮病、皮肌炎、湿疹、银屑病、黄褐斑等。本书可供中医皮肤性病科医师从事医疗、教学、科研工作时参考。
