九寨沟自然保护区常见藻类图集暂缺作者本书记载九寨沟国家自然保护区中藻类84属228种（含变种变型），其中硅藻55属186种；绿藻11属14种，蓝藻门7属10种；裸藻门1属5种；甲藻门3属3种；轮藻门1属3种；金藻门3属3种；黄藻门1属2种；隐藻门2属2种。硅藻是九寨沟藻类的主要类群，占总种数的80%以上，我们用酸处理的方法对硅藻进行了处理，在油镜下观察鉴定，部分种类浮游活体和扫描电镜照片；非硅藻种类较少，但它们常形成优势群落。 -
