通常情况下，海外企业注重内部的风险管理而忽略跨国公司可利用的机会，但正是这些机会可以使跨国公司的国际多元化投资优于纯国内公司的单一投资，或筹集较低成本的资金。本书正是针对上述问题，介绍了跨国公司财务管理的环境。全书从跨国公司的角度出发，讨论了影响公司决策的一些基本因素，如：由于汇率变化和通货膨胀率的不同，对货币币值的影响：不同的税收体制；多种货币市场：分割的资本市场以及政治风险等。基本上包括了公司财务的所有领域，即营运资本管理、资本预算、资本成本和资本结构。本书着重强调概念和实践，使用了较少的数量分析，且内容新颖。适合作为本科生、研究生的教材，也可供银行管理及企业高层管理人员培训书。
作者简介
冯天瑜，湖北黄安（今红安）人。1964年毕业于武汉师范学院生物系。历任武汉教师进修学院教师，武汉师范学院讲师，湖北大学副教授、历史系副主任，湖北省地方志编纂委员会副总编纂，湖北省历史学会第五届副会长。1973年加入中国共产党。著有《上古神话纵横谈》、《明清文化史散论》、《张之洞评传》、《中国古文化的奥秘》等。何晓明，1951年生，湖北武汉人，现任湖北大学文化史研究所讲师。1988年获武汉大学硕士学位。近年来在《历史研究》、《学术月刊》、《江汉论坛》等刊物发表中国近代史、文化史及史学理论方面的论文20余篇。
