物理诊断学：英文版

　　物理诊断学是一门临床医学的入门课程，即由基础医学向临床医学过渡的一门必修的桥梁课，是专门研究疾病的基础理论、基本知识、基本技能和临床思维方法的学科。目前许多高、精、尖的诊断技术，不但需要贵重的仪器，而且检查费用很高，尽管能大大地提高临床的诊断水平，充分体现出医学诊断技术日新月异的发展和进步，是非常必要的，而且今后必定还要进一步发展，但物理论断学的方法仍是最基础、最基本、最有效的多、快、好省的诊断的方法。物理诊断学的基本内容是方法学，是学习如何检查病人的方法学，并把检查结果整理记录，即病历书写，最后对疾病做出初步诊断。
