　　《中学校长领导力准备与专业化发展研究：以河南省为例（英文版）》专注于中学校长领导能力与专业化发展方面的研究。由中国教育背景概述、领导理论研究、调查方法论、调查结果分析、讨论、总结与建议等部分组成，以中国教育背景为研究背景，对河南省部分中学和培训机构校长进行了开放式问卷与半结构化访谈调查，并通过数据分析对中学校长领导力准备与专业化发展提出了建设性建议，具有一定的实用性。对加强教育政策、促进教育改革等方面的研究者和本领域从业人员具有学习与参考价值。

　　江娜，生于1988年2月，河南新乡人，毕业于马来西亚马来亚大学，博士研究生。目前任职于上饶师范学院教育科学学院，主要研究领域为教育管理、教育政策、校长专业发展等。
